Q: How do I change my autoship order online?

A: Login to your Virtual Office, using your personal Young Living member number and password,  at https://www.youngliving.org. Click on “Essential Rewards Autoship” in the left side navigation bar. Next, click on the icon under the “Edit” heading. This will take you to the shipping information page of your autoship template. Verify the shipping details and shipping address to ensure it is correct. You can also change the date of your autoship order by clicking “Change Date” near the top of the page.

To change the products listed on your autoship, click on “Add Products.” To remove items, click inside the small empty box next to the item number, then scroll down and click on “Remove Items.” This will remove each item you have checked. To add products, click on “Add Products” next to “Remove Items.” A new window should open where you can select products. Please specify the quantity of the products you would like to order, then click on “Add Product.” Next, click on “Select Payment” to ensure the correct payment is selected for the autoship. Finally, after making changes, click on “Save Essential Rewards Autoship” to save the changes. Once you have returned to the main autoship page, look for the confirmation “Your autoship order has been saved” in red text at the top of the page.
