Make Any Tea a Special Iced Tea
Herbal ice cubes add a special touch to any cold served
tea beverage. For beautiful, edible ice cubes with a splash of fun and
color, try whole borage (Borago officinalis) flowers or chopped-up
calendula (Calendula officinalis) –commonly known as marigolds –
petals. These are delightful in fresh spearmint, peppermint or lemon balm
(Melissa officinalis) iced tea.
ed - Try adding various Essential Oils to your teas for added
variation - - - and for health!

Strawberry Lavender Lemonade!
Having dined at an exclusive health spa restaurant (Thank You Robert
Redfern, from England!) and having this most delicious beverage -
- - I have been making it ever since!
1 Cup of Sugar [I use raw brown sugar, but you can also use stevia]
1 Tablespoon grated lemon rind [you can also use about 15 drops of Lemon
Essential Oil]
1/2 cup boiling water
1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice [from about six large lemons, I have
a tree]
6 Cups cold water
Ice cubes
In a jar with tight-fitting lid, combine sugar, rind, and boiling water;
shake until sugar dissolves. Add lemon juice; shake well. Add fresh
pureed strawberries and 10 drops of Lavender (Lavandula
angustifolia). Chill. Before serving, add water and ice
cubes. Makes 2 quarts.

A Berry Young Juice Veggie Drink!
Young Living Distributor: Diane Mora submitted the following tip for a
drink recipe:
"I just decided to add a couple of ounces of Berry Young
Juice™ to my veggie drink, and it's delicious! Here is my recipe, using
either a juicer or a Vita-Mix®. If you're juicing, you'll want to use more
produce.
1 carrot
1 beet
1 apple
2 stalks celery
2 or more ounces Berry Young Juice
ice cubes, if desired |
I also add a little fresh ginger root, a little jalapeno pepper, and
whatever vegetable I have, such as zucchini, yellow squash, green pepper,
spinach, etc.
The Berry Young Juice gives it such a great flavor!"
