Ahhh... Yes....Summer at Last!  The kids are out of school and ready for action!  This is the season for dreamy vacations, swimming, picnics, biking, hiking, tennis and whatever else you can think to do outdoors!

But after the long winter months indoors, many Americans can easily overdo whan summertime rolls around.  Here are some tips to help make your summer a safe, healthy, and enjoyable experience:

Drink Plenty of Pure Water - especially while exerting yourself.  If you begin to feel thirsty, you're already dehydrated!  Remember to take water (in a food grade plastic bottle, better yet...glass) wherever you travel.  You might wish to tweak in a few drops of lemon, orange, tangerine, spearmint, peppermint, or even Citrus Fresh blended essential oils into your water - - - - lemon will especially help to remove harmful bacteria and waterborne parasites.

Cooling Peppermint Essential Oil - To reduce excessive body temperatures just keep a dark glass spritzer of Peppermint and distilled water handy for use all summer and generously on overheated skin tissue.  A body massage of Peppermint Oil and V-6 Mixing Oil will greatly reduce body heat.    Surprisingly, Peppermint is also great for sunburn when mixed with equal parts of Lavender Oil and V-6 Mixing Oil.  Diffuse Peppermint when bugs appear at your house.  Peppermint Oil drives away ants - - - having an ant problem can be solved by locating their hole and placing a few drops of Peppermint (neat) straight  into the hole.
